How we work together to keep Stamps Community welcoming, safe, and useful for stamp collectors everywhere.

These guidelines apply to everyone who uses Stamps Community — including posts, comments, messages, profile content, and marketplace or directory listings.
Be respectful
Treat other collectors with courtesy. Disagreement is fine; harassment, hate speech, threats, or personal attacks are not.
Share authentic content
Post accurate descriptions of stamps and listings. Do not impersonate individuals, organisations, or other members.
Stay on topic
Use the right areas of the site for your content (e.g. discussions for conversation, listings for sales). Avoid spam, repetitive posts, or misleading links.
Protect privacy
Do not share others’ private information without consent. If you see something that should be reported, use the tools available in the product or contact support.
Moderation
We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these guidelines or our Terms of Service. Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent suspension.
